All classes are held in English. Maximum number of students are 8.
Kids are welcome. Kids 6 years old and under are free. Kids 7 years old and over are 1000 yen per kid.

Ikuko's home-style Japanese cooking

Ikuko is originally from Kyoto, and she has been learning Japanese cooking from 10 years old from her mother and grandmother. She is currently interested in Macrobiotics, so she has a lot of recipes for vegetarian. Also, she looks forward to teaching home-style healthy dishes. Please feel free to ask any question if you are interested.

  • Where:Wazuka, Soraku District, Kyoto Prefecture(90 minutes from JR Osaka, 90 minutes from JR Kyoto, 40 minutes from Nara. Details will be emailed once reserved.)
  • Food:Please request. If you are up to anything, we will cook traditional home-style meal with rice, miso soup, main dish and 2 side dishes.
  • Fee:5000yen per adult for 3 hour class (includes meal), kids 1000yen, kids before elementary free

Yasuko is from Seattle and pretty good at baking American style cookies. Yum!
